Can You Lose Weight Without A Weight Loss Plan
This quote is so true in so many ways.  Just like our spiritual life, we reap what we sow.  The more we put into our relationship with God, the more we will get out of it (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control).
I have always been pretty healthy, but I do love my sweets! (I have a very minor form of hypoglycemia, so I can't have too much!) But, I figured out the easiest and simplest way to stay in shape and here it is:

1. Drink at least 6 cups of water a day. (That's 2 of the medium size camelbacks if you have one!)
2. Exercise about 30 minutes for 5 days a week. (walk, jog, pinterest workout if it's raining)
3. Eat 3 smaller meals a day (it doesn't have to be all healthy foods just be aware of how many calories you intake)
4. Don't eat after 5:30.
5. Dont' snack!
6. Make good decisions at the grocery store!! (whole wheat bread, fruits, veggies, yogurt)
7. Stop eating when you're not hungry anymore. (not when you're "stuffed")
8. It's okay to cheat sometimes!

This is very easy to follow and in the long run, you'll feel much better!
